Step 5:

The manager views the results of the review and can assess whether or not he likes the results.

If the manager is unhappy with the results of the review, then the process ends there.

Step 7:

to your website.

Step 8:

You sit back, collect your $50 commission reward (if applicable), and start reviewing all the quality candidates that are now responding to your job ad.
