Step 3:

For each job listing on your website, you would contact the associated recruiter or employer and inform them about the GetAGreatBoss.com Manager Review. We will provide you with appropriate marketing material, if desired.

Step 4:

The recruiter or employer explains the benefits of the GetAGreatBoss.com Manager Review to the boss associated with the job listing in question.

Step 5:

If the boss does not wish to conduct a Manager Review, then the process ends there. On the other hand, if the boss agrees to go ahead with the Manager Review, then the relevant details (name and contact details of boss) would need to be sent to GetAGreatBoss.com. From this point on, GetAGreatBoss.com takes over and administers the Manager Review.

Step 6:

If the manager is unhappy with the results of the review, then the process ends there.
As the referring job portal, you will still earn your $50 commission reward (provided the manager opted for the paid version of the Manager Review).

On the other hand, if the manager likes the results, then we create a web-page containing the results of the review for others to have a look at. All participants in the review remain anonymous so that no-one can be identified

Step 7:

We provide you with the URL of the review web page, so that you can link it to your online job ad. You do this by displaying the icon below on the relevant job listing page, and let it point to the URL of the Manager Review. You can either include the image on your site, or use a hyperlink that points to the image on our server.

Step 8:

For each linked job ad paid for by the manager, we pass on an additional $10 commission to you.

In addition, we load your job vacancy on GetAGreatBoss.com in order to drive additional traffic to your website.
