HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1:

Decide whether you would like to use our standard Manager Review
questionnaire, or if you would like to specify your own questions.
If you would prefer to use your own questionnaire, then simply send
it to us, and we’ll provide you with a quote to upload it to the system.

Step 2:

Provide us with the names and email addresses of your client, as well as the people who will provide feedback on your client’s management style. There is no maximum limit on the number of employees who can be invited to participate, though the minimum number is generally eight.

Step 3:

We send an email to each of the employees on the list, inviting them to participate in an online review of your client’s management style.

Step 4:

Your client’s employees are given two weeks to complete the review. We administer the review during this time and encourage those who haven’t completed it yet to do so.

Step 5:

At the end of the review period, we provide you with login details so that you can view the feedback from your client’s employees. For the rating questions, we collate all the results and present them in a bar-chart format. For the open-ended questions, we display all the responses from each of your client’s employees together.

Step 6:

Very often, the real value of employee feedback comes from the interaction you have following the feedback. Our system allows you to follow up on any open-ended answer that you find interesting. Through our system, you can send a private message to the employee that gave the relevant answer.

For example, you might want to ask the employee to clarify what they meant, or to provide an example of what they described in their response.
Or you might simply want to thank the employee for his or her insightful and constructive feedback.

The employee remains completely anonymous throughout this interaction. By protecting the identity of each participating employee, we ensure that you receive honest and useful feedback.

Step 7:

You can conduct an online conversation with any employee who has participated in the review of your client’s management style. This conversation does not happen in real-time, but rather at the convenience of the respective participants. You will receive an email notification whenever there is a new message, and you can then log in to our system in order to view the new message.

You can continue with these back-and-forth online conversations until you are satisfied with the extent to which you’ve explored the feedback given.

Step 8:

If your client is a good manager, then he or she should be fairly pleased with the results of the manager review.
